How It Works

  1. Browse & Order Online
    Choose from our curated range of settlement gifts and place your order directly through the website.

  2. Add Client Details Later
    If you’re ordering ahead of settlement, no worries. You can submit client names and customisation details closer to the date via email or our contact form.

  3. Personalisation & Finishing Touches
    All boxes include your chosen wine or spirit, ribbon colour, and a thank you letter signed off by you. Want to include your branding or a personal message? Just ask.

  4. Delivered Where It Matters
    Choose to have the box delivered to your office, or directly to the property so it’s waiting for your buyers when they walk through the door. This option is available upon request for a flat fee of $15 per property within Brisbane. 

Delivery Timeframes

We recommend 3–5 business days notice to allow time for personalisation, packing, and delivery. That said — we know real estate timelines can shift. Get in touch if you need something faster, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • Other Areas: Courier delivery arranged on request

Bulk Orders & Repeat Gifting

If you’d like to pre-purchase a bundle of gifts for future settlements, we offer flexible solutions:

  • Prepay for 5+ boxes at a time (Orders of 10+ boxes will receive a bulk order discount)

  • Provide client names and custom details as you go

  • We’ll keep a log and handle the rest — you’ll never miss a handover

This is ideal for busy agents who want to stay prepared, without the admin headache.

Delivery to Property (Optional)

Want the gift waiting on the kitchen bench for handover day? We offer direct-to-property delivery (within Brisbane) so your clients walk into their new home greeted by a beautiful box, complete with their names on the front. This option is available upon request for a flat fee of $15 per property within Brisbane. 

We’ll coordinate delivery based on your settlement timing.

How do I update names or customisation after ordering?
You can email us or use the contact form to send through changes — we’ll confirm all details before packing your box.

Yes! We can include a small logo on the box or card, or work with your brand colours for ribbons and accents.

How much notice do you need?
